For walks local to Leyburn and Redmire, we particularly recommend the “Just one walk” series of guides (pictured right). Two keen local walkers, Diana Jolland and Mauram Burner, felt that there was a need for people to be able to enjoy a simple walk, either circular or linear, without the need for a map when they come to Leyburn or Redmire on the train. The leaflets cost 50p each, and are for sale at our station shops in Leyburn and Leeming Bar and also at the Tourist Information Centres at Leyburn and Bedale.
